 Shipping & Delivery

Please note that shipping times may be slower than usual due to the impact of the pandemic, COVID-19. Currently, shipping carriers are prioritizing delivery of essential goods used to fight the virus over nonessential items. As such, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times.

All orders on Modern Poster Supply now ship for FREE!

We offer worldwide shipping! Generally, tracking numbers will coincide with your local state post office. For all US orders, you will be able to track your orders via USPS.

Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 3 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed! If you do not receive any sort of email with tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at

Shipping takes approximately two to four weeks for all items as our items are print on order. Typical transit time does generally fall within two weeks, but at most will take four.


All sales are final on all items. Unfortunately, we do not take returns or exchanges. 

Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):

We do not offer any refunds for damaged items or lost packagesReplacements are only available on damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds for qualifying products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to post in your bank account, but may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank to learn more about their processing times. 

Item Switches

Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order. If you do contact us within 2 business days of your order to switch an item, we can attempt to make a switch, but with no guarantees.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

Public/Shared Addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Modern Poster Supply will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
